"Imperial, California, Saturday, California, Saturday, november 15 de 1913.

Imperial Interprise.

"Constitucionalista announce a Coming attack on Mexicali.

"Calexico rebels give out plana warn people.

Say That Gallego With 850 Men, 4 Machine Guns, Are Coming.

"Attack made as soon as he arrives

May Reach Mexicali Today or Tomorrow Coming From Colorado River. Special to the Enterprise.

"Calexico, Nov. 14. The constitutionalists (?) who are operating in Lower California, made known today that their forces, under Rudolf Gallego, will attack Mexicali tomorrow or Sunday.

"Gallego and his men have been marching toward Mexicali from their camp on the Colorado river for several days. He is haid to have 850 men and four machine guns. He also has many friends and sympathizers here who will probably join him when he reaches Mexicali.

"The men who revealed their plans are considered good authority and their statments are accepted here generally. Thay said they wished their plans to be published in advance in order that the people who might be in danger would be warned so they might avoid danger, saying they would do all in their power to protect citizens and assured people that there would be no danger on their part of damage by firing across the border.

"Gallego is in charge of all revolutionist operations in Lower California and his forces are expected to take the country and control in properly as he is fighting for his people and to better the conditions of their government in all respects thus making their standard of citizenship higher. They will probably move on to Ensenada after taking Mexicali if they are successful, of which there is no doubt.

"The federal forces now in Mexicali have been preparing for battle the last few days and have reccived reinforcements from Ensenada, Making their number about 400, well equipped with artillery. They have also ordered the closing of all business in Mexicali by Monday and the flood of their inhabitants are returning to their side of the line rapidly."
